Dr. S Ravi has a doctorate in finance and is a practicing Chartered Accountant, having over 35 years of experience. He holds a diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) and is an Associate Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), USA. He is also registered as an Insolvency Resolution Professional. He is the Founder of Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP, a chartered accountancy firm specialising in Forensic and Insolvency assignments, Finance & Management, Turn around Strategies, Business Valuations, Brand and Share Valuation, Audit and Taxation. Dr. Ravi is the Chairman and Director of TFCI. He is also on the boards of PCBL Ltd, Granules India Ltd, Spacenet Enterprises India Ltd, Aditya Birla Money Limited, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Ltd., Aditya Birla ARC Ltd., 360 One Asset Management Ltd (Erstwhile, IIFL Asset Management Ltd), BillMart Fintech Pvt Ltd., S. Ravi Financial Management Services Pvt. Ltd., Xander Advisores India Pvt. Ltd., Usha Martin Ltd. and Usha Martin UK Ltd. He has also served as the Chairman of BSE Ltd. In the past, he has served on the boards of over 40 prestigious institutions including insurance companies, a number of public sector banks like IDBI Bank, UCO Bank, Corporation Bank and Union Bank, and public sector enterprises like BHEL, HAL and ONGC, to name a few. Also, he was appointed by Government of India and RBI as Chairman of the Technical Experts Committee for Punjab & Sind Bank's Strategic Turnaround.
